Aktien) within the meaning of section 71 et seq. German Stock Corporation Act

(AktG) via the afore mentioned companies. Further 18.33% (8,874,016 out of a

total of 48,418,400 voting rights) of these voting rights are to be attributed

to Lenovo Group Limited pursuant to section 22 (2) sentence 1 WpHG from Mr.

Gerd Brachmann.

August 12, 2011 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting

the thresholds of 20, 25, 30, 50 and 75% on July 29, 2011 and, as per this

date, amounts to 77.93% (37,734,269 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting
