WORLDWIDE PAPA'S COMPLETING STEPS TO MOVE TO ENTRY STANDARD

WorldWide Papa's starts process to move to the Entry Standard

LONDON - March 2, 2012-- WorldWide Papa's, Plc (FSE: 1PJ.F), the exclusive

area developer of Papa John's International, Inc. restaurants in St.

Petersburg and the Leningrad region of Russia, announced today that they

will be completing the steps necessary to upgrade to the Frankfurt Entry

Standard. Unrelated to the announcement made by the Deutsche Boerse on the

closing of the Open Market, WorldWide Papa's had already planned the

upgrade to the Entry Standard and is well on its way to achieve this goal

prior to the deadline set by the Deutsche Boerse.

WorldWide Papa's experienced rapid growth during 2011 and will be attending

the Deutsche Anlegermesse in Frankfurt and the Invest in Stuttgart to

distribute and present information to the prominent investor community on

the company's plans for continued exponential growth through 2015 and on

the move to the Entry Standard.
