Goldplex Resources Inc.:  Goldplex Resources Inc. has filed Certificate of
Work and Grouping Application for WSW mineral properties in Yukon.

March 5, 2012

(WKN Number:  A1JPFS, Symbol: 2GX):  Goldplex Resources Inc. is pleased to
confirm it has filed a grouping application for 203 claims in its WSW
Property by grouping its WSW River and WSW Ridge claims.  The WSW Property
is situated on the west side of the Yukon River, south of Bell Creek, 25
Kms south west of Dawson City in Yukon.  It has filed a Certificate of Work
with Yukon Energy, Mines & Resources for WSW property which establishes the
exploration work and costs that have been incurred on the property.

A detailed soil grid on WSW defined a gold anomalous area extending over
the length of 750 metre and opening to the west.  Additional soil assay
data on lines collected to the west have identified several other gold
anomalous areas which may extend to a significant gold anomalous zone.  The
Company is targeting the presence of ophiolitic rocks as a requirement for
development of bulk tonnage gold mineralization in Yukon which is present
in WSW property.

Goldplex owns and operates four mineral properties covering 163 Sq. Km on
the historic Klondike Goldfields in Yukon, in a region that has produced in
excess of 14 million ounces of gold.
