Technology company wins another Phase II contract

Contract for corporate licence for iTWO BIM ERP signed with Renaissance
Limited, Ankara

STUTTGART, 22. March 2012. RIB Software AG signed a contract for a
corporate licence for iTWO BIM ERP with Renaissance Holding, Ankara. The
value of the contract for licences is USD 800,000.

Renaissance Construction, founded in 1993 in St. Petersburg, is the most
important subsidiary of Renaissance Holding, based in Ankara. The second
largest construction company in Turkey is one of the 70 largest
construction groups worldwide. The company, which has realised turnkey
residential and office buildings on floor space of more than five million
square metres and a total of more than 420 high-rise projects with an order
value of more than EUR 6 billion since its establishment, has won numerous
awards from various independent organisations. The company, in addition,
expanded its service portfolio by civil engineering and infrastructure
development through its joint venture with Austria´s second-largest
construction group PORR AG. The company has subsidiaries in Turkey, the
Middle East, Russia, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine as well as in Austria.

´Together with the Turkish-Russian construction group, Renaissance
Construction, we will be able to gain another leading, internationally
active construction group for the Group-wide use of our 5D-solution iTWO
BIM ERP. The company sees high value creation potentials through
model-oriented BIM-ERP project processing with iTWO in building
construction, and especially in infrastructure development. At the same
time, we have now taken the first step in new growth markets such as Turkey
