getgoods.de AG announces preliminary results for fiscal year 2011
- 97% revenue growth
- EBIT of EUR 6.2 m

Dusseldorf, February 23, 2012 - getgoods.de AG, a leading operator of
online platforms for IT and telecommunication products in the fast growing
e-commerce market, increased its operational consolidated revenues,
according to preliminary estimates, by 97% to EUR 322m compared to EUR 163m
in 2010*. The preliminary EBIT figure amounted to EUR 6.2 m (2010*: EUR 4.4
m) for fiscal year 2011.

This EBIT number already includes additional costs resulting from
investments caused by the implementation of a new enterprise resource
planning system, a new shop software as well as the acquisition and the
fitting of the new logistic centre which was opened in Frankfurt/Oder in
November. Furthermore, the EBIT was affected by the integration of Home of
Hardware GmbH, which was acquired from Cancom AG in Juli 2011.

The annual report as well as the audited financials will be published in
mid May 2012.

*The comparable getgoods.de AG financials for 2010 relate to the
operational business of HTM GmbH.
