Conclusion of share buyback programme of Pankl Racing Systems AG
Announcement pursuant to § 7(4) of the Austrian Disclosure Regulation 2002

The current share buyback programme of Pankl Racing Systems AG was
terminated prematurely on 4 April 2012. In the period between 9 September
2010 and 4 July 2011 Pankl Racing Systems AG repurchased a total of 350,000
of its own shares. As of 4 April 2012, Pankl Racing Systems AG holds
350,000 own shares, representing 10% of the company´s share capital.
