Greenworld Wind Power to Redomicile to British Virgin Islands

Toronto, Canada - (For immediate release) - June 22, 2012

Greenworld Wind Power Co. Ltd. (Greenworld Wind): Deutsche Börse symbol:
GWDA  (www.greenworld wind.ca), announced today that it intends to
redomicile the Company to the British Virgin Islands (BVI). This will
change the corporate nature of the Company to an International Business
Company (IBC), or BVI.

The Company will benefit from the fact that an IBC is a private corporation
which is exempt from tax, has a flexible organizational structure, and is
not burdened by excessive reporting and record-keeping requirements. This
will reduce administrative costs in addition to the savings obtained by the
exemption from taxes.

With more than 600,000 total incorporations and more than 5,000 new
companies registered each month, a BVI is widely accepted as the best
opportunity currently available to reduce a corporations´ tax burden.

The Company will make further announcements at this process progresses.
