HELMA Eigenheimbau AG achieves renewed order intake record in FY 2012 of
EUR 131.4 million (+23%)

Lehrte, January 14, 2013 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for
individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, grew
its net new order intake in the 2012 financial year by EUR24.6 million
year-on-year to reach EUR131.4 million (previous year: EUR106.8 million).
This corresponds to 23 percent growth, more than twice as high as the order
intake growth of at least 10 percent that was planned for 2012, which was
announced in Q1 2012. The order intake result achieved in 2012 provides the
HELMA Group with a very solid basis to once again generate significant
revenue and earnings growth in 2013.

All business areas within the HELMA Group contributed to this sixth
consecutive new order intake record. Both HELMA Eigenheimbau AG
(construction services) and the HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH and HELMA
Ferienimmobilien GmbH subsidiaries which operate in the property
development business reported marked growth rates. Due to the continued
good economic environment for the owner-occupier homebuilding sector, and
the large number of pre-developed and attractive property development
projects, the Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG expects further
growth in new orders to continue in the current 2013 financial year, driven
by all business areas.

Note concerning the Publication of Order Intake Figures:

The order intake figures for the 2012 financial year presented above
already include all cancellations received up until the day preceding the
publication of this announcement. The previous year´s figures are based on
the same reporting date to allow optimal comparability.

Financial calendar:

Preliminary results for the 2012 financial year and budgeted figures for
2013 will be published in a Corporate News in the first half of March 2013.
The 2012 annual report will be published on April 22, 2013.
