East Capital Explorer AB - East Capital Explorer to further increase its exposure towards Russian domestic growth

East Capital Explorer has decided to invest an additional EUR 10m into the East Capital Russia Domestic Growth Fund at the Fund's next opening on 1 February 2013. This investment represents the Company's third investment into the Fund since its launch in August 2012, and after this transaction East Capital Explorer's total investment in the Fund will amount to EUR 40m.

Mia Jurke, CEO East Capital Explorer says: "This investment is in line with our strategy to increase our exposure towards Russian domestic growth and the East Capital Russia Domestic Growth Fund will now constitute one of the largest fund investments in our portfolio."

The strategy of East Capital Russia Domestic Growth Fund is to exploit the potential of the strong domestic Russian economy, by investing in 10 to 20 companies with a majority of their revenues deriving from Russia. Investments are made in listed companies with a market capitalization above USD 500m. The Fund operates across all sectors and invests in securities that are considered to be undervalued and therefore have significant performance potential.
