Revenues improve by 18.9% to MEUR 407.1
EBIT of MEUR 19.2 after MEUR 20.4 in previous year
EBIT margin amounts to 4.7% after 6.0% in previous year
Further revenue and earnings growth forecast for 2013

Bielefeld, January 22, 2013 - itelligence AG concluded fiscal 2012 with a
strong fourth quarter on the revenue side. According to its preliminary
figures for the past fiscal year, revenues increased by 18.9%, from MEUR
342.4 in 2011 to MEUR 407.1, meaning that itelligence fell within its
forecast revenue range of MEUR 400-420. In the fourth quarter of 2012,
itelligence generated revenue growth of 11.8% to MEUR 114.6 (previous year:
MEUR 102.5). Orders on hand rose by 21.7% to MEUR 286.6 as of December 31,
2012 after MEUR 235.5 at the end of 2011.

EBIT amounted to MEUR 19.2 for fiscal 2012 compared with MEUR 20.4 in
fiscal year 2011, a decrease of 5.5%. EBIT in fiscal year 2012 was impacted
by non-recurring extraordinary effects in the amount of MEUR 2.4, as well
as substantial expenses and investments in industry solutions. The EBIT
margin for fiscal year 2012 was 4.7% (previous year: 6.0%). EBIT amounted
to MEUR 6.6 in the fourth quarter (previous year: MEUR 9.2), resulting in
an EBIT margin of 5.8% (previous year: 9.0%).

The Management Board expects to see further revenue growth and a return to
earnings growth in fiscal 2013. itelligence is forecasting revenues of
between MEUR 450-470 and above-average earnings growth for 2013.
