Hubbell Declares Quarterly Dividend Payment

SHELTON, CT.  (February 7, 2013) - The Board of Directors of Hubbell Incorporated (NYSE:  HUBA, HUBB) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2013.
