HUIZHOU CITY, CHINA; 17 MAY 2013: Greater China Precision Components
Limited ('GCPC') wishes to announce that the Annual General Meeting ('AGM')
of GCPC will be held on Friday, 28 June 2013, at 3.00 p.m. at the Meeting
Room, New Production Base, Green Precision Components (Huizhou) Co. Ltd.,
Digital Industrial Park, Sandong, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China
to transact the following businesses:-

1. To receive the audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended

   31 December 2012 and the Reports of the Directors' and Auditors'

   thereon.

2. To declare a first and final dividend of RMB0.42 per ordinary share.

3. To re-elect the following Directors:

   Mr Tay Kok Soon              [Retiring pursuant to Article 91]

   Mr Ang Kheng Hui              [Retiring pursuant to Article 91]

4. To approve the payment of the Directors' fees.

5. To re-appoint Messrs Rohan Mah & Partners as auditors of the Company and

   to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.

6. To authorize the Directors to allot and issue Shares.

7. To approve the Share Purchase Mandate.

If shareholders of GCPC intend to join the AGM on 28 June 2013 please
register by 14 June 2013 at the latest. You will find the participation
form on GCPC's website.

Participation in Annual General Meeting via tele-conference
The Board of Directors of GCPC is pleased to announce that in order to
encourage greater participation by its shareholders and to facilitate
engagement between the Company and its shareholders, the Company has
arranged for tele-conference for the benefit of shareholders, or proxies
('Participants') who have submitted the participation form but are unable
to attend the AGM in China. The Participants attending the tele-conference
will be able to pose questions to the Company's management, to comment on
the issues on the AGM's agenda and to vote on the resolutions as set out in
the Notice of AGM. The details of the tele-conference arrangement will be
posted on the Company's website at a later date.
