SANTA ANA, Calif. and ISMANING, Germany, May 30, 2013 - Identive Group,
Inc. (NASDAQ: INVE; Frankfurt: INV), a provider of products and services
for the identification, security and RFID industries, today announced that
a leading cloud computing operations service provider in China is expanding
its implementation of Identive's HIRSCH access control system at its

in other parts of the country.
'The cloud-based services market in China is growing rapidly, and it is
important to this sector to have seasoned security partners who can develop
integrated systems that will scale and adapt to the growth of each service
provider. Identive's technology, commitment and experience convinced us
that they are the right choice. The successful operation of the HIRSCH
access control system at the Beijing data center has deeply impressed our
team and our customer, and we are now moving forward with plans to connect
the customer's additional sites into a global, unified, network control
system. We look forward to ever closer cooperation with Identive in the
years to come,' said Eric Yu, general manager of Beijing Eterna Technology
Limited, Identive's channel partner in China for access control and
security solutions.
The initial installation at the Beijing data center was completed in 2011
and includes 30 HIRSCH DIGI*TRAC M8N/M8N2 controllers to ensure that all
personnel are properly identified and authenticated at doors throughout the

monitor access to all key areas, from outer doors to individual server
racks and cages in the heart of the data center, and ensures that all
events are monitored, verifiable and auditable. The installation is now
being expanded to include an additional 30 DIGI*TRAC controllers. New
installations at two newly constructed data centers will utilize 50
DIGI*TRAC M8N2 control panels as well as Velocity Security Management
Software.
