On 21 May 2013, the management board of Deutsche Steinzeug Cremer & Breuer
AG with its seat in Alfter-Witterschlick has decided to dispose of 75 % of
its wholly-owned subsidiary Jasba Mosaik GmbH with its seat in Ötzingen to
a financial investor. In the business year 2012, Jasba Mosaik GmbH
accounted for approximately 10 % of the overall revenue of Deutsche
Steinzeug Cremer & Breuer Group. The book value of the participation held
in Jasba Mosaik GmbH corresponds to approximately 13 % of all assets of
Deutsche Steinzeug Cremer & Breuer Group.

The majority participation in Jasba Mosaik GmbH is intended to be disposed
of by way of a tender process which has been initiated on 21 May 2013 by
approaching potential buyers.
