The Fantastic Company AG ('TFC') announces that it acquired 100% of the
shares in the French company Société de Gestion de Marques SAS. The
acquired company markets and sells fashion accessories similar to our
TFC-subsidiary SICARA Fashion Accessories SAS. It expects for this calendar
year net sales of approximately EUR 8 million with a slightly positive
result.

In addition, TFC acquired on the same day all shares of the minority
shareholders (21%) in our French subsidiary SICARA Fashion Accessories SAS
with the effect that the Company now holds 100% of the shares.

Oliver Krautscheid, President: 'The acquisition strengthens significantly
our current fashion accessories business in France. We expect to realize
synergy effects from this acquisition.'
