In full agreement with the supervisory board, Dr. Bernd Flohr will step
down as management board member of the WMF AG on 31 December 2013 and, in
accordance with his contract, leave the company on 30 September 2014.
Furthermore, Mr. Bernd Stoeppel will become the new CFO of the WMF AG,
effective 1 January 2014. Going forward, Mr. Stoeppel will be responsible
for the area Finance, Controlling, Internal Auditing and IT.
