In addition improvements in the contractual terms for the payment procedure
developed jointly with our major shareholder are generating additional
income for the company since September 2013.

net mobile AG thus believes that it is well positioned for the future, even
if it is anticipating a substantial loss for the 2013 financial year. The
company expects to return to the black in 2014.

Edgar Schnorpfeil will leave the company at his own request on 31 December
2013. Frank Hartmann will also leave the Executive Board on 31 January 2014
at his own request.
