Soul and Vibe Releases Apple iOS Beta Version of Timeless Gems

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - Feb 24, 2014) - Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (OTCQB: SOUL) "The Company," a video, mobile, and computer games publisher, announced today that it has released a Beta version of its innovative match-3 game Timeless Gems on iPhone, iPad, and iPad Mini in Canada and the Netherlands.

During the Beta period, players in Canada and the Netherlands will assist the Company and its development team, Telos Entertainment, prepare for the game's worldwide launch on iPhone, iPad, and iPad Mini. Soul and Vibe launched Timeless Gems worldwide on Facebook February 3, 2014. The Company also announced a Beta Launch of Timeless Gems on the Android platform February 18, 2014.

Game Informer, one of the nation's leading video game circulations, recently called Timeless Gems "A gem of a match-3 game," and described it as a game that has "The charm and gameplay chops to bring in people for whom Candy Crush is starting to grow stale."

The research firm comScore has revealed that as of June 2013, mobile subscribers in Canada reached 23 million, a 6% year-over-year increase. A Gartner forecast anticipated the iOS/Mac OS platform would hold a 14% market position of all worldwide device shipments in 2014.
