Change in the Executive Board of net mobile AG

Düsseldorf, 20 March 2014 - Today Mr. Theodor Niehues has resigned from the
Executive Board of net mobile AG and his office as CEO with immediate
effect. The reason for the separation are different views on the prospects
of the company. Mr. Edgar Schnorpfeil returns as member of the Executive
Board and CEO.
