SINNERSCHRADER GROWS BY 35 PER CENT IN THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2013/2014 / STRONG GROWTH DYNAMISM MAINTAINED IN THE THIRD QUARTER / ANNUAL FORECAST TO BE RAISED - Seite 2

SinnerSchrader has raised its forecast for the 2013/2014 financial year:
SinnerSchrader now expects net revenue for the year as a whole to exceed 46
million euros, which corresponds to a growth rate of more than 26 per cent
against the 36.4 million euros generated in the previous year. The
operating result will amount to more than 3 million euros. Until now,
SinnerSchrader has presumed that the annual revenue would amount to more
than 41 million euros, and that the annual EBITA would be in the range of
2.5 million to 3 million euros.

SinnerSchrader will publish the final figures for the second quarter and
the first half of the 2013/2014 financial year on 15 April 2014.
