Cancellation of Treasury Shares

SINGAPORE/HUIZHOU, [14] April 2014: GCPC (ISIN SG9999005052 / WKN A0MZS3 /
Ticker 49G)

The Board of Directors of GCPC wishes to announce that GCPC has cancelled a
total number of 150,000 treasury shares held by the Company.

Unless otherwise decided, following the cancellation of the 150,000
treasury shares, it is the Company's intention to continue to treat future
shares which we will buy back in the future as treasury shares.

The total number of ordinary shares of the Company following the
cancellation are reduced to 25,850,000 from 26,000,000 previously.
