Bond

- Rating agency Feri EuroRating issues bond rating

- Listing of the bond in the Entry Standard Segment further secured

- Growth strategy opens a positive perspective

Neustadt in Holstein, 17 April 2014.

MS "Deutschland" Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (MS Deutschland GmbH) has
received a new rating for its bond (ISIN DE000A1RE7V0) from the renowned
rating agency Feri EuroRating Service AG (Feri). The rating is based on
extensive data provided by the company and follows an intensive multi-week
rating process. The resulting rating of the bond stands at BB-. MS
Deutschland GmbH did not have a rating since December 2013, after the
former rating agency Scope withdrew the rating. This happened only 12
months after issuing an initial rating with a grade of A.

With the issuing of the rating - which is provided by Feri for the first
time - the company now fully complies with the criteria for the listing of
the bond at the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The rating
mirrors the opinion of the rating agency regarding the issued bond and is
in line with management expectations. Christopher Nolde, managing director
of MS Deutschland GmbH, states: "We are relieved that the company is again
compliant with the regulation of the Entry Standard. Due to our focussed
quality and growth strategy, the prospects of the company develop
positively. We thus expect further growth of booking figures for the
original "Traumschiff". Regarding the first half of the year 2014 we are
extremely confident to fully meet our sales growth targets."
