SpectraScience Updates Expected SEC Filing Dates

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 24, 2014) - SpectraScience, Inc. (OTCQB: SCIE) announced today that the Company filed its Form 10Q for the period ended September 30, 2013 on April 18, 2014 and plans to file its late filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with the following schedule:

In order to prevent inadvertent disclosure while catching up on filings, the next investor update call will be scheduled after the company is once again current in its submissions. It is expected the next business update conference call will be scheduled for late June.
