(TSX:CRK) (TSX:CRK.DB) (TSX:CRK.WT) (OTCQX:CROCF) (FRANKFURT:XGC) ("Crocodile Gold" or the "Company) is reporting selected results of the 2014 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") in accordance with the policies of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The following nominees, as set out in the 2014 Management Information Circular, have been elected as directors of the Company at the Meeting held June 5, 2014. Specific results are:
