RE: Interim Management Statement for the period 1st January 2014 to 23rd June 2014

The Board of Directors of Leo Capital Growth SPC (the "Company") wishes to announce that as at the 30th May the NAV of the Company was €86,645.1130 per share and the YTD return was 4.68%.

During this period the Audited Financial Statements as at 31st December 2013 were approved by the Board of Directors at the Board meeting on the 17th April 2014.

On the 31st March 2014 the Company held an Extraordinary General Meeting where it was unanimously approved under a Special Resolution to Amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association to provide for the ability of the Directors to terminate any Portfolio of the Company with the consent of Shareholders representing not less than 50% of the total number of Shares in issue in the Portfolio. Subsequently, during the period from 1st April 2014 to date the Company have redeemed two tranches of shares to the value of €26m and €20m respectively.
