NORMA Group receives Komatsu award for outstanding suppliers

Maintal, Germany/Chonburi, Thailand, 25 June 2014 - NORMA Group, a global
market leader for engineered joining technology, receives the "Excellent
Delivery Performance-Award" for 2013 from Bangkok Komatsu Co., Ltd.
("Komatsu"), the globally leading manufacturer of construction and mining
machinery. NORMA Group in Thailand receives this award for outstanding
performance and product supply for the second year running.

"This second-in-a-row award by Komatsu makes us particularly proud as it
testifies to NORMA Group's ability to fully meet clients' high demands on

The "Excellent Delivery Performance-Award" recognises NORMA Group's
excellent service. Komatsu evaluates supplier performance, the quality of
the supplied products, technical service, delivery time and process
improvements on a yearly basis. In 2013, NORMA Group succeeded in reaching
an outstanding 100 per cent in the product quality and timely delivery
categories.

NORMA Group has been providing Komatsu with joining products and solutions
since 2009.The company opened its facility in Chonburi, Thailand, for the
production of thermoplastic fluid systems, in 2011. Chonburi is also a
Distribution Centre for various NORMA Group engineered joining technology
shipped to clients in Thailand and other South-East Asian markets including
Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Vietnam.
