The management of MyLotto24 Limited, a fully consolidated minority
shareholding of Tipp24 SE, has withdrawn its report to Tipp24 SE of a
jackpot win of approximately EUR 44 million, which was announced on 31
August 2014. MyLotto24 Limited has stated that the win had been reported
mistakenly, which was discovered in the course of further routine checks.

As a result, Tipp24 reinstates its previous forecast for the current fiscal
year, which had been published on 6 August 2014. The company expects
revenues of EUR 135-145 million and an EBIT of EUR 15-25 million. The
stated ranges take account of statistical fluctuations in payouts for the
secondary lottery business.
