Kronach - September 5, 2014. - Matthias Harsch, Chairman of the Executive
Board of Loewe AG, agreed with the Supervisory Board in best mutual consent
on his resignation from the Executive Board of the Company with immediate
effect. The Supervisory Board of Loewe AG likes to thank Mr. Harsch for his
successful performance in terms of the realignment and wishes him all the
very best. In the future Mr. Harsch will serve as one of the Managing
Directors of Loewe Technologies GmbH, which is continuing the former
business operations of Loewe AG as well as Loewe Opta GmbH.

At the same time the Supervisory Board of Loewe AG appointed Alfred
Hagebusch as new member of the Executive Board of Loewe AG with immediate
effect. Prior to this Mr. Hagebusch served as Chief Representative of the
Company.

Accordingly the Executive Board of Loewe AG as of now consists of Rolf
Rickmeyer and Alfred Hagebusch.
