Berlin, 5 September 2014 - The takeover of ESTAVIS AG by ADLER Real Estate
AG has necessitated extensive tax reassessments in the area of actual and
deferred taxes, one of the changes being the elimination of major tax loss
carryforwards. Due to the substantial extra effort involved in the
reassessment in conjunction with the compilation of its statement of
account and the audit of the account, ESTAVIS AG has postponed the
publication of its annual account for the 2013/2014 financial year,
originally scheduled for 22 September 2014, until 30 September 2014.
Contrary to the original forecast, the tax reassessments will return a
negative post-tax income for the group, whereas the consolidated income
before taxes was positive.
