Kiel, September 18, 2014 - The decision by the Wiesbaden Administrative
Court (5L 1428/14.WI) delays the issuing of sports betting licences which
the Hesse Ministry of the Interior and for Sport was to announce today at
the earliest. This delay also affects the group company of mybet Holding SE
that is among the 20 applicants selected to receive a licence (cf. ad hoc
information dated September 2, 2014). All parties to the proceedings may
appeal against the decision, following which the Higher Administrative
Court may cancel the interim decision. It is not foreseeable for mybet
Holding SE when exactly the licences will now be issued.

An applicant for a licence that had been rejected by the authorities
following the selection process had filed an application for a summary
process with the Wiesbaden Administrative Court. Yesterday, the
Administrative Court then issued an interim decision in this matter,
through which the Ministry of the Interior is enjoined to consider the
awarding of the licences by the end of the summary process pending.
