Westag & Getalit AG: Markus Sander, Management Board member in charge
of the Surfaces/Elements Division, to leave
Westag & Getalit AG by mutual agreement

Makus Sander (50), who has sat on the Management Board of Westag & Getalit
AG since July 2007, will resign from the Board with effect from December
31, 2014. This has been mutually agreed by the Supervisory Board of Westag
& Getalit AG and Mr Sander. Until a successor is appointed, Mr Sander's
tasks will temporarily be performed by Management Board Spokesman Bernhard
Wenninger.

"Markus Sander has successfully merged the Plywood/Formwork Division and
the Laminates/Elements Division into the new Surfaces/Elements Division. We
would like to thank him for his achievements," said Supervisory Board
Chairman Pedro Holzinger. Under the responsibility of Mr Sander, Westag &
Getalit AG successively adopted new forward-looking production techniques
during the past years.

"Westag & Getalit AG is a great company to which I owe a lot," said Markus
Sander. I am convinced that the company and its excellent employees will
remain very successful in future.

Markus Sander is a graduate engineer and joined Westag & Getalit AG in
January 2007. In July 2007, he was appointed Management Board member in
charge of the Laminates/Elements Division. In the context of the merger of
the Laminates/Elements Division and the Plywood/Formwork Division, he
assumed responsibility for the Surfaces/Elements Division with effect from
January 1, 2014.

The Supervisory Board of Westag & Getalit AG would like to thank Mr Sander
for the excellent cooperation and his great commitment and wishes him all
the best for the future.
