Successful signing of contract with VIVID IMAGING Technologies Ltd

Vienna (pta014/25.09.2014/12:35) - Vienna, 25th of September 2014 - Sanochemia Pharmazeutika AG, Vienna, listed on the stock exchange (ISIN AT0000776307, ISIN DE000A1G7JQ9), announces the conclusion of a contract with VIVID IMAGING Technologies Ltd. for the distribution of Medical Devices. VIVID IMAGING, a Hong Kong based company with subsidiaries in the US, Europe and partnerships globally, is specialized in the development, production and distribution of medical devices. The portfolio includes contrast injectors, disposables (such as injector syringes and tubing lines) as well as imaging devices.

With the signing of this contract, both companies benefit from synergies in distribution and market access. SANOCHEMIA is now also able to provide high quality next generation contrast injectors as well as consumables along with its pharmaceutical products. SANOCHEMIA expects a maximum sales growth with the launch of this new product line.
