In line with the latest developments Westgrund AG has built up its core
team of professionals, mainly in the area of Asset Management. The firm
therefore sees itself as well positioned in order to improve revenues
swiftly, especially through reduction of vacancies. Nevertheless further
portfolio acquisitions at attractive prices will remain a core focus of the
company, in order to benefit from the current market environment and reach
its medium-term growth target of 30,000 to 40,000 units.
