Admission of the second tranche of the new shares from the capital increase
against contribution in kind of February 2014

On 26 November 2014, ISARIA Wohnbau AG (the Company) has obtained the
admission of the second tranche of the new shares created by a capital
increase for a contribution-in-kind of February 2014. At the beginning of
the year, the Company issued 3 million new shares against a
contribution-in-kind consisting of all the shares in One Group GmbH
registered in Hamburg. All new shares are now admitted to trading on the
regulated market of the Frankfurter Stock Exchange with simultaneous
admission to the sub-segment of the regulated market with special
post-admission obligations (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange. The admission was applied for by the Company together with
M.M.Warburg & CO. The admission of the first tranche already took place in
August 2014.
