Global Champions Split Corp. (the "Company") (TSX:GCS.PR.A) announced today that it has declared a quarterly distribution on its Class A Preferred Shares, Series 1 (the "Series 1 Shares"). The distribution is equal to C$0.25 per Series 1 Share for the quarter ending December 31, 2014 and will be paid on or before January 15, 2015 to the holders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2014.
