AVEW Holdings Inc. Hires Veteran Residential and Custom Home Builder

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Feb 17, 2015) - AVEW Holdings Inc. (OTC PINK: AVEW) today announced it has hired Mr. Tim Smith to lead AVEW's Custom Home Building Division. Mr. Smith is a 24 year veteran in residential and custom home building, and he has been an independent custom home builder in the Austin Metro area for the past 12 years. Prior to that he was President of Santa Fe Homes of Fort Worth, TX; Divisional Manager of Domain Homes, Columbus, Ohio; Sales Manager of Monarch Homes of Orlando, Florida; and Project Manager for Centex Homes, Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Smith has been responsible for all phases of home builder operations including land purchasing and development, architectural design, marketing, production, purchasing, and construction of over 3,500 homes with revenues exceeding $720 million.

Mr. Smith will be in charge of AVEW's Custom Home Building Division, and will be working with Mr. Jim DePetris, VP of AVEW's Real Estate Development Division.

Mr. Smith is jump-starting his new position with contracts to build three custom homes in Georgetown, Texas and a spec custom home in Round Rock, Texas. This represents $1,575,000.00 in revenues for the second and third quarter of 2015.

The addition of Mr. Smith to AVEW's Real Estate team will support current targeted residential and commercial mix-use and custom home developments in the Austin and Dallas Metro areas. Revenues in the Real Estate Division are protected to reach $15 million in 2015.
