Karlsruhe, 27 February 2015. init innovation in traffic systems AG (ISIN DE
0005759807) increased again revenues and earnings in 2014 and reached the
set target values essentially. According to preliminary figures now
available, revenues rose to a new record of EUR 103.0m (2013: EUR 100.1m),
EBIT increased to EUR 18.7m (2013: EUR 17.7m). Due to higher income tax
payments, however, the net profit remained unchanged at EUR 12.1m.

Based on the earnings and the good prospects for 2015, the Managing Board
of init innovation in traffic systems AG (ISIN DE 0005759807) decided today
to submit a proposal for the appropriation of earnings to the Supervisory
Board for submission to the Annual General Meeting, which recommends to
distribute a consistently high dividend of EUR 0.80 per share entitled to
dividend (2013: EUR 0.80). This resolution is subject to the approval of
the 2014 annual financial statements.

The full annual report for 2014 will be published to the press and analyst
conference on 26 March 2015.
