Berlin, 27 February 2015 - The Frankfurt Stock Exchange has approved the
application by MME MOVIEMENT AG with registered office in Berlin, ISIN
DE0005761159, (MME) for a revocation of the admission of the MME shares to
trading on the regulated market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange and published its decision on the website of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange today. The revocation will become effective as of the end of 27
August 2015. As of this date, the shares in MME will, thus, no longer be
traded on a regulated market.
