Change in management at comdirect bank: Arno Walter is new CEO of comdirect

Quickborn, 12 March 2015. Effective as of 15.03.2015, Arno Walter (47) will
be the new CEO of comdirect bank. He will succeed Thorsten Reitmeyer, who
left the company as of 31.12.2014.

The new CEO, Arno Walter, was previously responsible for the private
customers segment in the south-west region as group executive manager of
Commerzbank. A qualified bank clerk and business economist, Walter
previously worked in various roles at Commerzbank, the German stock
exchange and Dresdner Bank.

"Arno Walter is extremely well-versed in retail business and possesses
extensive managerial experience from a variety of executive positions in
our industry," said Martin Zielke, Chair of the Supervisory Board of

20 years. I am certain that Arno Walter will continue the course of growth
