The change in the company's name resolved by the annual general meeting of
aleo solar AG i.L., Oldenburg [ISIN: DE000A0JM634] has taken effect
following its entry in the commercial register. The company's name now is
AS Abwicklung und Solar-Service AG i.L.

Upon application of the company, the listing of its shares on the Regulated
Market at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange was terminated effective at the
close of 5 March 2015. The shares of AS Abwicklung und Solar-Service AG
i.L. are not included in OTC trading at the Munich Stock Exchange and the
Hanseatic Stock Exchange in Hamburg.
