Unterföhring, 25 March 2015 - Brian Sullivan, Chairman of the Management
Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sky Deutschland AG, will leave the
Company on June 24, 2015 in order to return to the United States. This was
agreed today between the Company's Supervisory Board and Mr. Sullivan. The
Supervisory Board has appointed Carsten Schmidt, currently Sky
Deutschland's Chief Officer Sports, Advertising Sales & Internet, to
succeed Mr. Sullivan. In the interim Mr. Schmidt will work alongside Mr.
Sullivan in the role of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Deputy
Chief Executive Officer.
