Planned EUR 0.63 per share dividend:
Based on a continued positive business trend during 2014, HELMA
Eigenheimbau AG is planning to increase its dividend by around 19 % to EUR
0.63 per share. After approving the separate annual financial statements of
HELMA Eigenheimbau AG as of December 31, 2014, and the consolidated
financial statements as of December 31, 2014, the Supervisory Board at its
meeting on March 30, 2015 gave its assent to the proposal recommended by
the Management Board that the Shareholders' General Meeting to be held on
July 3, 2015, approve payment of a EUR 0.63 dividend per share (previous
year: EUR 0.53). As in the previous year, this would entail the retention
of around 65 % of the net income of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG (as per German
Commercial Code accounting) to further strengthen the equity base.
Strong new order intake in Q1 2015:
The HELMA Group has also made a very good start to the current year. Driven
by continued high demand for HELMA's owner-occupier homes, net new order
intake in the first quarter 2015 was up by 24 % to reach EUR 48.1 million
(Q1 2014: EUR 38.8 million). The Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG
firmly assumes that significant growth in new orders at a double-digit
