Frankfurt, 20 April 2015 - WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG (WCM AG,
ISIN: DE000A1X3X33) has concluded a purchase agreement to acquire an office
property in Berlin-Mitte today. The property was built in 1997 and is
centrally located between Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz. It is fully
let and has a rental area of around 9,600 sqm with c. 50 parking spaces.
The net purchase price totals EUR 22.0 million or around EUR 2,290 per sqm.
Closing of the transaction is expected in August 2015.
By acquiring the office property in Berlin, WCM AG has successfully
completed the acquisition of a portfolio of office properties announced on
25 September 2014. The seller is GE Real Estate Property GmbH.
This acquisition increases WCM AG's real estate holdings to more than EUR
100 million. WCM AG intends to expand its property holdings in the future.
