Ströer Media SE publishes preliminary results for the first quarter of 2015
and increases its guidance for fiscal year 2015

Ströer Media SE got off to a very good start in fiscal year 2015. Revenue
increased by around 11% year on year from EUR 146 m to EUR 162 m, which
equates to organic revenue growth of around 8%. Operational EBITDA
increased by just under 60% to EUR 26 m. Consolidated net profit also
showed a year-on-year improvement in the first quarter.

In light of the business development in the first quarter and in recent
months as well as the improved outlook for the rest of the year, Ströer
Media SE increases its guidance for fiscal year 2015 and now expects
organic revenue growth in the mid to upper single-digit percentage range as
well as operational EBITDA of at least EUR 180 m.
