WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG: Christoph Kroschke resigned from the
Supervisory Board

Frankfurt, 6 May 2015 - Christoph Kroschke has stepped down from the
Supervisory Board of WCM AG effective immediately. His successor will be
appointed by a court. The Company will propose a candidate to the court for
appointment to the Supervisory Board very shortly.
