GEA closes aquisition of Comas
Düsseldorf, June 19, 2015 - GEA successfully concluded the acquisition of
Comas, headquartered in Torrebelvicino, Italy. With the acquisition of
Comas, GEA has added to its group a leading supplier of demanding
industrial processing equipment and solutions in the cake and pastry
industry in Europe.
"We are very pleased that with Comas we have found the right basis to step
into this growth area", commented Juerg Oleas, CEO of GEA.
