EffectiveUI Honored as Gold Stevie Award Winner in 2015 American Business Awards

DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - June 23, 2015) - EffectiveUI was presented with a Gold Stevie® Award in Best Interface Design category in the 13^th Annual American Business Awards in Chicago last night.

EffectiveUI was nominated for its own company website redesign project. Agencies that create websites for clients often neglect their own site, but EffectiveUI was inspired to dismiss this notion. Aiming to create a website that was closer to the company brand and based on significant research, EffectiveUI conducted strategic planning and insight work before the design phase.

From extensive research, EffectiveUI discovered that a prospect came to an agency website to answer this question: "What's the agency's story in our space?" So, EffectiveUI's strategy turned to easily answering this question by segmenting client stories into verticals, and telling the best, most transformational stories in those segments. The American Business Awards are the nation's premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations -- public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning "crowned," the awards were presented to winners during a gala banquet on Monday, June 22 at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel. More than 400 nominees and their guests attended.

The 2015 American Business Awards will be presented at two awards events: Monday's banquet in Chicago, and at the new products awards banquet on Friday, September 11 in San Francisco. EffectiveUI has another project nominated for recognition in the new products awards banquet.
