Hans-Gerd Füchtenkort elected as new member of Phoenix Solar's Supervisory
Board

Hans-Gerd Füchtenkort (65) was elected as a new member of Phoenix Solar's
Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting, held June 23rd, 2015.
Hans-Gerd Füchtenkort has extensive international experience in senior
management positions and in acting as a member of supervisory bodies, also
in the solar industry.

Having obtained his degree in business administration, he launched his
career at Procter & Gamble. He then held various management positions in
the Mars Group until 1994. His career path took him to several European
countries, to Mars' European Executive Committee and Extended Group
Management Board in Virginia, USA.

He was appointed President Europe, Middle East, Africa & India at the
marketing research company AC Nielsen and raised sales and earnings
significantly in his region, thereby achieving a turnaround.

Among other assignments, he recently acted as a member of Grohe AG's
Management Board and headed up global sales there. Similarly, he was Chief
Sales Officer and member of the Executive Board of Q-Cells SE through 2011.

Since then Hans-Gerd Füchtenkort has worked as a business consultant in
several industries. His broad experience as a supervisory board member
includes mandates at Cash Life AG and Thuja Holding as well as at several
non-listed companies.
