Powerland AG: Frankfurt Stock Exchange approves of delisting

By resolution passed on June 29, 2015, Frankfurt Stock Exchange approved of
the application for the revocation of the admission of Powerland AG shares
to trading on the regulated market ("delisting"). This also includes the
current listing in Prime Standard as a sub-segment of the regulated market
with additional obligations arising from admission.
The revocation will become effective at the end of December 29, 2015.
Therefore, shareholders will be able to trade Powerland shares on the
regulated market for another good six months.
