windeln.de completes acquisition of onlineshop "Feedo" in Eastern Europe

Munich, July 6th, 2015. windeln.de AG ("windeln.de"), one of the leading
and fastest growing online retailers for baby, toddler and children
products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and for customers in China,
announces the acquisition of Feedo Sp. z. o.o. with their online shops
www.feedo.cz in the Czech Republic, www.feedo.sk in Slovakia and
www.feedo.pl in Poland.
windeln.de signed the purchase agreement on April 20th, 2015. The
completion of the deal was subject to certain conditions, that, in the
meantime, have been completed.

Konstantin Urban, management board member and co-founder of windeln.de: "We
are happy to welcome Feedo in the windeln.de family. The impressive growth
of Feedo will continue and with our capital and expertise, we are sure to
even accelerate it further."

Feedo is a 100% subsidiary of windeln.de, based in Prague, and is operated
as separate business unit. The brand name "Feedo" will be retained.

Founder MatúÅ  Karaffa and Martin Molčan will continue to work as managing
directors. They will improve the ongoing success of Feedo's shop sites
together with their teams.
